Questioning the state government's "intentions" in dealing with growing tension between communities following Thursday's killing of five persons in Tinsukia, the Prabajan Virodhi Manch (PVM) alleged on Sunday that the state government has totally failed to clear its stand on the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill.
