Some of those who voted YES had this to say:
• Yes. Oh yes when we compare it to yesteryears, there is so much of improvement in the area of governance.
• Yes, there are some improvements with younger people being part of the administration.
Some of those who voted NO had this to say:
• No. The Chief Minister may want to ensure good governance but it is not possible since the system itself is alien to the Naga people. Let us not forget that this system is an imposition of alien systems on the Naga people.
• No. Inequality
• No. Change is not coming. So let’s not make a big deal. Like all other chief ministers before, the present will not meet public expectations.
• No. The government denies the basic rights of the citizens.
• No. Big NO! Only lips and tongue government we have.
• No! Never! Govt is making fun of the good governance law.
Some of those who voted OTHERS had this to say:
• Every politician that comes to occupy the seat claims to want to provide good governance. This is simply not possible because Delhi looks at our state government only as a law enforcing agency. Nothing more than that.
