DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 1 (MExN): The 3rd Satakha Division Inter-Departmental Badminton Tournament began at the Indoor Stadium, Satakha on November 1 with Toniho Chishi, President, Zunheboto District Badminton Association as the special guest. The inaugural programme was chaired by Nockpai Konyak, EAC Satakha, opening remarks was given by ADC Satakha, TL Kuisumong Tikhir. All together 16 departments from Satakha are participating in the three day event which will culminate on November 3.
