The state’s Department of Art & Culture will be presenting daily cultural performances from December 3 at Kisama. Billed as ‘Cultural Connect,’ 17 outstanding cultural troupes from all parts of Nagaland shall present to the visitors, a glimpse into the rich cultural songs, dances and traditions of the tribes of Nagaland. Day 3 event will be graced by Dr. Sanchindanand Joshi, member secretary Indira Gandhi National University Centre for Arts.
