Dimapur, December 1 (MExN): “No official can summon or preside over the federal assembly without the knowledge of the speaker and all decision taken on November 26 is invalid and tantamount to usurp of the constitution and tribes authority, the Naga Hoho Speaker ‘Kenyusen Tep’ and Advisor Keviletuo Kiewhuo stated on December 1. In a press statement, they alleged that “constitutional provisions of the Naga hoho was fully violated and illegal methods adopted to protect the Hoho officials.”
