The first wave of floods has inundated Dodhia village in Chabua revenue circle of Dibrugarh district, affecting 3,500 people. Dodhia, which is situated close to the Dibru-Saikhowa National Park, is the only village in the district to be affected by floodwaters from the swelling Brahmaputra so far.from
