Flood death toll increased to 69 after two more deaths were reported in Morigaon and Golaghat district on Tuesday as resumption of heavy rainfall in last 24 hours has re-inundated several areas of six districts and pushed up the population in relief camps by over 7000 from 96,000 since Monday.from
