A suspected Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast hit the Jamugurihat area along the Assam-Arunachal Pradesh border in northern Assam's Biswanath district on Sunday. Two persons received minor injuries in the incident. They have been identified as Raghu Borah and Rajkumar Chetri - both secretaries of the village defence party (VDP) in the area.from
