Northeast bandh called on December 10 to oppose CAB

Pockets of resistance to the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill across the northeast on Friday coalesced into a joint campaign by student organisations of the region, which announced a dawn-to-dusk shutdown across six states on December 10, when the Centre is likely to table the proposed legislation in the Rajya Sabha.
