The first batch of 21 people from Nagaland, who were stranded outside the region, arrived in Dimapur on Thursday morning by the New Delhi-Dibrugarh special train. Five other passengers who hail from Manipur also got down in Dimapur and were immediately sent to their home state by private vehicles.from
