Assam: Month-long floods worry for Kaziranga

High floods are not new to Kaziranga, but this year the frequency of the floods has prolonged the sufferings of the animals. Herbivores have been the worst hit in the past one month since the Brahmaputra and its tributaries have been in spate as grasslands have gone under water and there is no fresh growth.
