Opposition Congress, peasants' rights organisation Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS) and the newly-formed regional political party, Regional People's Front, on Monday staged a three-hour demonstration in the Assam Assembly premises seeking release of pending funds for flood relief.
