Assam health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday said Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) is set to be one of the centres for Phase 2 clinical trial of Covaxin — the Bharat Biotech-ICMR developed Covid-19 vaccine. He added that Assam could also play a pro-active role in vaccine production.from
