Assam: Plea for two new wildlife sanctuaries in Goalpara

Nature’s Beckon, an environment activists’ group, has appealed to the state government to turn Pancharatna and Ajagar forests in Assam’s Goalpara district into wildlife sanctuaries in order to protect the rich wildlife and natural habitat of animals.
