Leave Neda out of this, say both Assam & Mizoram governments

The regional version of NDA, North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) is being kept out of the ongoing border entanglement between Assam and Mizoram ruled by two of the allies — BJP in Assam and Mizo National Front (MNF) in Mizoram.
