'Will resign as Mizoram Congress chief, won't contest state polls'

Mizoram's former chief minister Lal Thanhawla said he would not continue as president of Mizoram Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) after his current term ends next year and would not contest the state assembly elections in 2023.
