The Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) on Thursday slammed the Centre for not allocating any funds in the Union budget 2022-23 for the revival of the two defunct paper mills — Cachar Paper Mill and Nagaon Paper Mill — owned by Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd.
