The Mizoram government and governor Haribabu Kambhampati seem to be heading towards a fallout over the latter's recommendation of governor's rule in the Chakma Autonomous District Council (CADC), which is witnessing frequent toppling of the chief executive member (CEM) due to internal squabbles.
