Rajdhani runs over elephant and calf in Assam’s Mariani

A Rajdhani Express coming from Dibrugarh mowed down an elephant and a calf in a jumbo corridor at Mariani in Assam’s Jorhat district on Sunday night when they were crossing the railway tracks. Another elephant was injured in the accident, which occurred near Kharikatia railway station.
