Firing at the border seems unprovoked, says Himanta

The Assam cabinet on Tuesday issued instructions restraining the state police from using lethal weapons while dealing with civilians in the future.This comes a day after the death of five villagers from Meghalaya in firing by Assam Police personnel at the border between the two states.
