Have blocked Ulfa(I) finances, Assam Police say on evening of rebel outfit ‘protest day’

On the eve of Ulfa (I)’s ‘protest day’, the Assam Police claimed to have blocked the finances of the outlawed outfit with the arrest of four persons, including a linkman, in the last one week.
