The Centre and Assam government on Thursday signed a tripartite peace agreement with the state's last remaining tribal militant outfit, Dimasa National Liberation Army/Dimasa Peoples' Supreme Council (DNLA/DPSC), in New Delhi in the presence of Union home minister Amit Shah.
