Assam govt forms three-member panel to probe pipeline burst

The Assam government has constituted a three-member committee to probe into the bursting of the pipeline of the South-Central Guwahati water project in the Kharghuli Joypur area on Thursday, resulting in death of an elderly woman and submit the report in three days.
