Assam Police on Sunday busted a fledgling insurgent group that indulged in extortion activities targeting government officials and businessmen at Tamulpur in Baksa district, which falls in the Bodoland Territorial Region. Seven cadres of the group were arrested from different parts of Assam, Nagaland and West Bengal, police said.from
