'Militants' in police commando uniform kill three in Manipur

Suspected militants disguised as police commandos killed three tribal villagers travelling along a mud road meant to procure emergency food and medicine supplies, early Tuesday morning in Manipur's Kangpokpi district, keeping the brutal sectarian strife alive for more than four months now.
