Kohima, November 26 (MExN): The New Ministers Hill Panchayat (NMHP) conducted mass social work within the colony on November 24 along with awareness programme on ban on use of plastics. NMHP Chairman Neibo-O Kire and Secretary Lima Imsong in a press release stated that the New Ministers Hill Panchayat Executive has decided to put up ‘No Parking’ sign board in different location within the colony to maintain free traffic flow. Any vehicle found parking in ‘No Parking’ zone will be fined Rs. 500/- in the first instance, fined as well as Puncturing Tyre in the second instance and finally stern action by the panchayat.
