Tuensang, March 1 (MExN): The farewell programme for the Deputy Commissioner Tuensang, L Jamithung Lotha along with other 5 administrative Officers – SDO (C) Tuensang, P Pakon Phom; EAC Tuensang HQ Pokha Lam; EAC Tsg HQ, Saku Chingmak; EAC Sotokur, Kihuaong and EAC Chare K Maro was held on February 26.
Outgoing DC in his farewell speech thanked all the officers, business community, NGOs and general public for their support and cooperation while rendering his duty. He also thanked his administrative staff for fulfilling their target assignments. While delivering the farewell speech from SDO (Civil) Tuensang and also Tuensang Town Council Administrator, Phom thanked his administrative staff, DBs and Ward members for giving their sincere efforts which brought changes to the society. While delivering a short speech, President Citizen Union Tuensang Village, N Kaimong voiced his dismay over the transferring of officers in huge group at one go.
The programme was chaired by ADC Tuensang, M Chaitanya Prasad, IAS and vote of thanks was delivered by SDO (C) Tuensang, Ajit Verma, IAS.
