The National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the joint CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) December 2019 examination for the states of Assam and Meghalaya on Saturday. The exams are scheduled for Sunday morning and according to NTA sources, the decision was taken after taking into account the prevailing situation in the two states. In other States/UTs, the examination shall be held on December 15, 2019, as per schedule intimated earlier.from
