Industries and supply chains to operate at 'all times' in Assam

The Assam government on Tuesday issued a second set of guidelines, allowing industries, supply chains and essential services to operate and its employees to commute "at all times" during the third phase of lockdown. Moreover, it has also allowed movement of bank employees during the dusk-to-dawn curfew, if necessary.
