Monsoon likely to hit northeast in second week of June: IMD

Following IMD forecasts that this year the onset of southwest monsoon over Kerala is likely to be around May 31, officials at Regional Meteorological Centre, Guwahati, here have predicted that the southwest monsoon will arrive in the northeast by June 10.
