Tinsukia police have detained 12 persons in connection with the lynching of a 34-year-old man in Korjonga village in Doomdooma on Saturday morning. The deceased, identified as Sarat Moran, was lynched by a mob after he and another person was found moving in a suspicious manner in the village at around 4.15am.from
