Police in central Assam's Nagaon district arrested an alleged drug supplier on Thursday morning. Sirajul Islam, 31, was injured in police firing during the encounter. Police also recovered a .22 pistol and seized suspected heroin, worth over Rs 9 lakh in the international market, from his possession.from
