Police arrested a man for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl and abandoning her on the roadside at Goroimari in Kamrup district in the wee hours of Sunday.Police arrested accused Rabiul Hoque from his uncle’s residence at Goroimari by tracing his phone’s location.
