A team of Assam Rifles and police arrested a-top ranked leader of the National Socialist Council of Nagalim (K-Yung Aung) along with four others, including a fresh recruit, in Deban Nandan Kannan village under Jairampur police station in Arunachal’s Changlang district on Wednesday.
