Two new BJP cabinet ministers were sworn-in by Assam governor Jagdish Mukhi on Thursday as CM Himanta Biswa Sarma carried out a major reshuffle of his one-year-old council of ministers that saw several senior ministers lose some of the multiple portfolios they were holding.
