Positivity rate touches 12.5% as Guwahati violates Covid-19 rules

Guwahati, the gateway to the northeast, recorded 12.5% Covid positivity rate on Monday night, about four per cent higher than that of Delhi, but the health department believes that it is mere mathematical calculations and not the real picture.
