Aizawl-based social activist Vanramchhuangi aka Ruatfela Nu, on Thursday filed an FIR at Zonuam police outpost in the western part of the city, demanding the arrest of the parents of a two-year-old girl, who, according to a doctor, had been sexually abused before her death.
