Clause 6 committee wants to tackle job quota, land rights

Even as the NRC deadline is around the corner, the high-level committee constituted by the MHA to recommend measures for the implementation of Clause 6 of the Assam Accord on Friday resolved to ask the Centre to expand its terms of reference.
