Congress to file plaint with CJI on Assam's NRC data 'breach'

A day after the BJP government tabled data in the state assembly regarding the percentage of exclusion in some Assam districts in the draft NRC, the opposition Congress on Friday said it will lodge a complaint with the Chief Justice of India. Congress leaders alleged that by sharing the documents, the BJP challenged the NRC process and violated the court's directive against revealing NRC data.
