Many genuine citizens have failed NRC test: Barak literary body president

Bengali crusader Nitish Kumar Bhattacharjee, who is the head of a literary-cultural organization in the Barak Valley, criticised the final NRC, saying people who have been living here for a long time have been left out of the list.
