Covid-19 crisis: 13,500 volunteers registered in Assam to help people manage mental stress

Around 13,500 persons have registered themselves as volunteers to help people manage their mental stress in the ongoing coronavirus crisis under an initiative launched by the Assam State Disaster Management Authority. The volunteers will also be engaged in an exercise of contact-tracing of the Covid-19 cases in the state, officials said on Tuesday.
