Possibility of lifting lockdown, opening inter-state borders after May 3: Assam minister Himanta Biswa Sarma

Assam health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Saturday said there is a possibility of lifting the lockdown and opening inter-state borders after May 3 as temporary quarantine facilities are being built on a war footing in two districts bordering West Bengal to house 4,000 people returning home.
