Employment exchanges have failed to create jobs in most northeastern states, Centre’s data presented in the Lok Sabha on Saturday revealed. In a written reply presented by Union minister of state for labour and employment Santosh Kumar Gangwar stated that states like Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram and Nagaland recorded zero placements through the employment exchanges between 2015 and 2018 May.
