Former chief minister and current leader of Opposition in the Meghalaya assembly Mukul Sangma has written to governor Satya Pal Singh about “serious allegation of rampant corruption” that has allegedly taken place in autonomous district councils (ADC), particularly in Garo Hills Autonomous District Council GHADC.
