Assam govt to launch scheme for development of border outposts

Toeing the line of the MOITRI scheme for the modernization of police stations, the state government is all set to launch a scheme for the infrastructural development of the border outposts (BOP). Under the scheme, barracks will also be built adjacent to the BOPs for the convenience of the men in uniform.
