On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on his third visit in one month to poll-bound Assam when he arrives at Dhemaji. His visit has been labelled as one that gives a push for developing a ‘modern Assam’ when he dedicates three projects of petroleum ministry worth over Rs 3,000 crore to the nation.
