Proscribed Ulfa (I) on Friday declared it will take the ‘final step’ next week against the two employees of a New Delhi-based drilling services contractors, Quippo Oil and Gas Infrastructure Limited, who were abducted in December last year for ransom are being held captive in unknown location.
