Over 7,000 patients in Guwahati, just 10% GMCH beds available

With more than 7,000 active patients in Guwahati and the number rising by the day, just about 10% of the beds are available at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) — the biggest government hospital in the region. Officials, though, claimed that the capacity is being increased as more patients requiring oxygen are getting admitted to GMCH.
