The Assam cabinet on Wednesday sanctioned Rs 375 crore for participating in the bidding to take over assets of the closed units of the two paper mills of central PSU Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited (HPCL) located at Nagaon and Cachar and the company’s leasehold land at Haflong.
