Cong membership drive fails to meet 33-lakh goal

The ongoing membership drive of the state Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) fell short of around 15 lakh of the 33 lakh membership goal on Thursday, the concluding day. The Assam PCC executive has granted one more week’s time to extend the membership drive till April 7.
